The good lady and kids are hassling me for a Christmas and birthday(early Dec) list. So far I’ve got Endura Baa Baa socks, Thermolite knee warmers and dhb vaeon roubaix padded bib shorts.
    What’s on yours?

    A hilo 😀

Don’t know what use it’ll be to me when I open it on xmas, as I’ll be on a ship quite possibly in the middle of the north sea.

I always tried to stop people giving me presents. Every year it pissed everyone off. So I just said whisky and deodorants.

At least some people now buy me those things so I don;t buy them myself.

Sorry but I choose to give to charities I don’t like being asked.

Quite. The Keswick Mountain Rescue, Yorkshire Air Ambulance and Save the Children do pretty well out of me.

I need some socks, that’s about it.

No doubt I’ll get the usual pointless tat and a shower gel & deodorant gift set from a distant relative.

    A wheelbarrow.

I was going to ask for a food mixer but found a hand electric mixer from Argos for £5.49 so treated myself to that already.

Not sure Santa Claus will have time to give you a BJ?

Nah – Santa is a receiver, not a giver – and he only comes once a year, and that’s down your chimney.

A thread of pressie ideas (10-20 quid-ish) would actually be pretty helpful – apparently I am considered “difficult to buy for”.

it seems people don’t like being asked for CRC vouchers, or being told “I’m not sure what i want, whatever you get me will be lovely”. I tried asking for bike tools one year…. apparently that was boring.

yes, yes…. donations to charity. But if I ask for that, the reality is that i will end up with cufflinks.
