Having done my knee in last weekend, i am not fit to ride, (some would say i wasn't fit too ride before hand) as a result riding time is replaced with kitchen time, so dinner is cola baked ham glazed with mustard, marmalade and maple syrup, with homemade houmous, new potatoes, salad, and homemade bread, followed by homemade apple crumble with a nut and oat crumble and cream.Posted 8 years agoCapt. 1 peperoni picante pizza and 1 proscuitto picante pizza – both picante due to the chilli lacing that went on, and liberal application of garlic. All on some bizzare wholemeal bases (used a flour based on the stuff used in ancient Egypt)

Starter: Hot smoked salmon with brown bread, herb salad and white wine vinaigrette. Australian (Clare Valley) superdry Riesling.
Main: Pan-fried silverside of venison with steamed cauliflower, mustard mash and red wine sauce. Chilean (Maipo Valley) Cab Sauv.
Dessert: got some Green and Black's chocolate.
