    Just got a reverb post
    There’s a split silver alloy collar in the packet, what the hell is it for
    There’s no mention of it in the manual

    It’s a travel stop and emergency get home device. You fit it on the post at say 117mm as a stop to avoid tyre issues etc.

    Never used it.

    I’ve had a reverb for 18 months , its been perfect, never touched it
