As i am on a diet i would advise fish + chips, as it would make me happy that at least someone can eat something nice today 😉

Nah i get a bit bored of fish & chips as the office is right next door to a chippy so i can have them when i want, which isn’t very often as they are a bit shite from there 🙁 .

i ate a full english with black pudding 30 mins ago.

Ideally I would like a bacon, brie and cranberry panini, but since there are no fancy pants sandwich bars near my office then it’ll be the corned beef and burgen sandwiches I brought in.

Mc Donalds, KFC or Burgerking… the joys of eating junk food whilst everyone else in my office is having special lettuce based diets mehehehe!

Don’t they realise junk food + intensive exercise FTW!

Pot Noodle Sandwich – Buy a short French stick, hollow out the inside. Boil up a Pot Noodle, drink the excess water and pour the contents into the hollowed out loaf and eat.
