Toying with the idea of removing myself from the hamster wheel for a bit.

I’m sure that I stumbled across a site that had loads of properties and land listed in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Croatia, etc, but despite my best googling I can’t find it.

Any tips?

Depending on what you want to do with said land, be careful.

italy is out of budget – twice or more of france.
Look more towards Limousin in france – £30k will get ou a nice house, barn, land
proper seasons, hot summers and a decent winter too.

it was -17 this morning.. not sure if i want “proper” winters…

i know bits of Italy can be had for relatively little money… particularily Sicily, Puglia, Calabria… basically anywhere in the south. unfortunately a plot of land for cultivation in South Tyrol or Liguria is out of my budget… (although there re some nice houses and apartments for under 30k to be found in Liguria).
