any suggestions who’s best (and not extortionate)

Just need some hosting for my own website and perhaps a few others, not a massive amount of data but the option to expand in the future.

Also seem to add loads of extras as default, do I need domain privacy and what-not?

I use site5, totally trouble free so far in the last 4 years. For domains, I work in the industry so depending what you’re after, I can make some recommendations but domain privacy isn’t something you NEED and as a business I’d say it’s a negative.
