03:40 on Christmas morning. I’ve been awake for 49 and a bit hours. Medication isn’t working. A proper rubbish time to be getting manic. The family are trying to smile but are clearly worried. I’ve just come back from a night walk and I caught myself talking to the canal. Bugger. Bored of the internet now. Don’t know why I’m typing this. Bye.

Was up at 3.50 with 2 very excited children. Coffee is starting to kick in now so might head out for a run soon.

4, 5, and 6:10. Now watching Scoobie Doo with daughter one waiting for the rest of the house.

Up since 1.30 with my lad who turned 1 yesterday and is teething…how i am ever going to get through with the in laws i have no idea!!!!????

3 o’clock was the first attempt by the 5 yo, gave up sending him back to bed at 5, knackered already. The 3 yo is still fast asleep, mrs P just got up, part timer
