My GF has a lapierre sensium road bike complete with some ritchey bars… These are the ergo type bars where the drop is at a shallower angle…

Problem is that the brake levers (ultegra sti) is too far away for her fingers when on the drop (she has some reducer spacers in them)

now this is just my thoughts on the matter but are there any oher bars out there that would suit smaller hands and shimano shifters?

Look for womens road bars on that Google.

My SO has been very happy with 3T Eva bars, now discontinued, currently Cinelli Little Wing are ok.
She rides Campag however as she found both the good size and lever throw of STI gears unusable.

Bontrager VR-S are great. Really short reach and shallow drop.
