On the other hand… After a couple of days of solid riding, I’m pretty much at one with the bike and got my skillz polished up to their shiniest, so I do tend to ride things that I’d be nervous of on an average saturday. It’s more about making sensible/sane decisions. “I will huck a road gap just because I’m in the alps and my mate Psycho Bob just did it” is not sensible 😉
