What HTII Bottom Bracket ?

Are any of the Ceramic ones worth getting ?

Ie the ones on SuperStar (PS I know everyone hates superstar and I know why)

XT here, might investigate/buy a pace one when there BB & tool are available.
CK one gets good recommendations but I can't justify there price.

Acros, the best external BB I've had in recent years.

Phil Wood. No question. Well made, well sealed, beautiful looking and surprisingly cheap. They have been doing external bbs for a few months now. Judging by their other bbs (I have 3 that have lasted several bikes, and even out lasted the benchmark CK headsets on these bikes!), they should last too.
