    Mrs OTS is dabbling with an Apple watch and wants an external hrm.

    Halfords do a Bluetooth/Ant+ item for 20 quid…been good.

    Wrist HRM is good if you are hairless, have the right shade of skin (no idea what that is), have the strap tight enough and have the back of the watch dark enough so there is no light getting at it.
