so far my workshop is

8m Long by 3m Wide
2 bike stands
wheel tuning stand
big bench with 2 vices
2 striplights
2nd floor storage
1 long shelf
and a radio

is there aything missing that i need to make a better workshop? maby fridge/sink… etc.?
