- What did the postman bring you today?
3 metres of Orange gear outer
Posted 4 years agoRitchey 1 1/4 WCS stem for the new road race bike. Sadly my very nice Carbon Matrix stem won’t fit. Damn that Giant and their newfangled standards. Apparently most of the pros are riding 1 1/4 so how come we can’t source stems? Not even Shimano Pro – and they sponsor the team.
Posted 4 years agoAssorted bits of fuel system for a mondeo, which hopefully means I can go bike racin at the weekend. Some people’s race prep is hours on a turbo, mine is fixing cars in the rain.
Posted 4 years agoNothing I went to the LBS in my “lunch break” and bothered them while sponging a gratuitous coffee, they’re not even called Waitrose.
Posted 4 years agoThe yodelman brought me a parcel from Planet X. Assorted bits and bobs and consumables from the sale. Bit late, but a clean sweep of 25 correct items from an order of 25.
Posted 4 years agoOoh, ooh can I come in with a “tomorrow” arrival. Expecting my new Elliot Brown Canford, I may be a little excited as I need to perk this week up a bit!
Posted 4 years agoNot even Shimano Pro – and they sponsor the team.
Apparently Pro do one that’s on most of the pro bikes but it’s not for sale yet. Which Ritchey one did you get? I rather like the look of the Superlogic one but 200 quid seems quite a lot for a stem!
Posted 4 years ago2 boxes of black nitrile gloves, should keep my mitts clean when fettling for a while.
Posted 4 years agoA spare peak for my 661 flight, I smashed my other spare faceplanting at Antur Stiniog last year and was made up when I found one in the right colour on fleabay.
Posted 4 years agoI received a slackline ti frame…minus the head badge and any sign of cable guides. Not particularly happy considering the cost of the frame and all pics on their website showing the badge. 🙁
Posted 4 years agoRace Face narrow/wide chainring. So 1 x 10 for me this weekend.
Posted 4 years agoParts to convert my QB78 from co2 to air, this probably doesn’t mean much to non air gunner’s, but I’m excited 🙂
Posted 4 years agoAnd three Metres of pimp white shimano gear outer.
Posted 4 years agoThe car bits i need didn’t come but some brake bits for my onza did, and yet another bit for the epic hemlock rebuild (which at this rate, I might start in 2017)

Posted 4 years agoSlightly more exciting arrival just picked up from our corner shop thanks to collect+ and wiggle. For the xc race bike…
Posted 4 years agoA free new Trail King tyre from Conti after making a politely worded complaint…and they never even asked for a copy of the receipt! Top gentlemen.
Posted 4 years agoPale blue (very pale blue) Charge Spoon saddle – now fitted to my bright green bike.
Posted 4 years agoA Raleigh M-Trax Ti-1000 🙂 Nearly completely original too!!!
Red one at the front btw
