    Prefer dark chocolate. At least it actually tastes of something, and doesn’t stick to the roof of my mouth.

    Can’t get the whole chocolate fascism thing though, whatever floats yer boat…right?

    The fact it’s dark chocolate isn’t associated with it sticking to your mouth. It may be because it’s continental. They use different grades of cocoa powder, milled to a different size. This produces a different viscosity of product and differing mouth feel to many of the uk made chocolates. Nothing to do with quality par se. It’s why a lot of the continental stuff feels a lot smoother.
