- Weird Request – Can Anyone Recommend Some Trainers Suitable for the Office?
After suffering from various injuries which have stopped me running amongst other things, I bought a new pair of trainers recently to start training once more. It made me realise how little support my other shoes have and how uncomfortable my work shoes are. Talking to my physio today, he reckoned trainers are the best type of shoes to wear. So can anyone recommend some suitable black/brown trainers for work which dont look like trainers? At the moment I wear chinos, button down shirt (no tie) plus doc martens, so the dress code is quite casual.Posted 8 years ago

That's odd – when I saw a physio and the a specialist for my ankle problems (eventually diagnosed as being casued by massive over-pronation, AKA flat feet), they both said that trainers were rubbish for feet, and I should wear good solid shoes as much as possible. I ended up with proper orthotics for my problem.Posted 8 years agomiketuallySubscriber
