    Saw this last night and I’m still in awe of this old dude.

    It’s in German, or rather Bavarian /Boarisch…. English subtitles available, but it’s worth a watch.

    His training programme…. 15 minutes on the bike, a smoke and then another 15 minutes.

    His top tip tip a long life…. Don’t live too healthily.

    He’s 93!
