    Does it only happen to me? This morning I must have been dozing but I was concious of my own snoring before I awoke.

    Not that it helps you but there was a very memorable embarrassing bodies about this. The lady was repulsivly obease and the cure for her snoring ( which worked) was gastric band surgery!

    Snoring can be a symptom of obstructive sleep apnoea which may need medical treatment
