A friend has been buying up all the Paul Smith special editions from bike shops and selling on Ebay with a large mark up….

i can’t see how you are going to get a viable answer because if it was that simple everyone would be doing it.
the only job would be something utterly dangerous/illegal or so grim that literally nobody would do it so the pay is high.

anything else would involve a skillset or qualification you don’t have or take years to learn. north sea underwater welding or specialist lawyer for example.
