    chestnuts instead of cranberries? red wine naturally

    Oddly enough just made one for tonight..

    Loch Rannoch Venison stew.

    Basicall? red wine and chicken stock, venison and bacon. It’s fantastic

    Pigeon is always good as a surprise. Large bunch of thyme. Add butter, because the venison will have minimal fat.
