I've got a pair of Bontrager Mud X 2.0 TLR's (TubeLessReady) on my 819s, they work well – running with a little latex.

cheers guy's can get those mud x's bout £40 pair, tempting!

They're great mud tyres – first time I have EVER bought the same set of tyres again when the old ones wore out.

i have just fitted my Maxxis Medusa 2.1 onto my hardtail.

they are light and also grippy and come in either 1.8 or 2.1.
