It’s a cultural difference. In the US “spaz” is slang for wild and crazy, rather than over here in the UK where it’s more usually accompanied with a belm.
There’s been a few campaigners kicking off about it over here. The company is on record as saying something along the lines of, “if an actual user of our products complains, which they haven’t, then we’ll do something about it. If a focus group complains, they can do one.” Which was fair enough I thought.
