    My good surveyor friend tells me that new builds have a ten year warranty for a reason…

    That’s exactly how long they expect them to last for!

    Don’t get me started. I could fill a book. 28years in construction and I agree with Too Tall.

    The design team members are also not whiter than white. The quality of the technical information / packages even by some of the top firms can be poor.

    Poor direction, built to a price point via a subcontractor route based on the cheapest price …. 😕
