UK Singlespeed Mountainbike Championships 2019
The 2019 UK Singlespeed Mountainbike are being held at Comrie Croft, Perthshire on August 23, 24, 25. Location: PH7 4JZ, Perthshire, Scotland (on A85, west of Crieff).
Friday 23
9.00 Site opens for camping
16.00 Registration opens
19.00 Evening ride (bring lights), approx. two hours, with a bar in nearby Comrie as a pit-stop.
23.00 Onsite bar closes… time for bed
Saturday 24
9.00 Breakfast open
13.00 UK Singlespeed Championships 2019 – race start from campsite, 2.5-3 hours racing
18.00 Food and beer, prizes, auction and music
23.00 Onsite bar closes … time for bed
Sunday 25
9.00 Breakfast open
10.00 Social ride, local hills
16.00 Site closes…time to go home
Camping
• Onsite at Comrie Croft. Tents pitched at race HQ (upper field, Comrie Croft), campervans and cars in the lower field.
• Site amenities: food shop, bike shop, café, camping with toilets and showers
• A small number of ‘Katas’ for glamping onsite, available for hire (recommended for up to six people) – contact the Singlespeed Champs organisers.

Our charity
This year’s Championships is supporting Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRiY). This charity is close to the hearts of many in the cycling community, former British youth cycling champion Ben Forsyth (son of local world championship winning endurance mountain bike rider Keith Forsyth) lost his life to a cardiac condition at the age of 20 last year.
