Stainless BB with replaceable cartridges for 35 quid, replacement bearings are 15 squid (or probably less if a standard size sourced elsewhere). Or XTR for less?

The BB that came with my Hone chainset last year has finally started croaking. I got the tophats off and gave it some greasy love, which has it working smoothishly again. The drive side seemed ok, with the the NDS cup being rough and rusty.

No experience of either having gone the hope way 3 years ago and not had to think about it. However the XTR is advertised as having lighter weight seals (for racing I assume) so that would remove it from the list for me.
