I’ve cancelled Sky TV on the basis that to add a fourth TV to the subscription was going to be silly – SKy Q would be ideal but is just way too expensive at £100 per screen set up fee, along with the high cost of the variety and movie bundle we have (£40 per month) for which I could subscribe to multiple streaming services if I want.

By my reckoning, I’ll get Sky offering something soon (30 days cancellation) but unless they cut the Sky Q fee significantly, I can’t see myself going for that.

So, what should I go for? Netflix/NowTV/Amazon Prime/other? We watch some live TV (though I’m expecting Sky to offer that to continue as freeview, especially as we still have a Sky broadband/phone contract) and then films and series like GoT.

The fourth TV won’t have any connection to aerial or satellite so a wireless solution would be good – a smart TV is one option for that.

One TV already has a computer attached so streaming services wouldn’t be an issue.

    TIA
