I had real issues trying to change my bank details with these jokers.

I rang up but you have to use a voice recognition thing which just doesn’t work.

So I canceled my direct debit and awaited them to contact me.

Just had a letter from them, with a cheque for £34.97, no mention of them wanting any money!!

They obviously don’t want me to pay them.

If you cancel your payemt you cancel your policy! Be careful as the next they will send is a letter saying that the detector van has ben round and you’re not protected!
