when i did my old fuel EX the duster rims needed special rim strips. now one of my mates is asking what he needs to convert his Stache to tubeless?

anyone done it?

are they just pop on some UST tyres, valves, squirt of sealant and off you go? or is it the special rims strips, valves, tape, etc,etc…?

Looking at THIS I’d say your mate would need the Bontrager tubeless rim strips and some sealant and that would do the job nicely as the rims are tubeless ready

same guff as the fuel EX then.
