    What’s going on? It’s not working – sat on the bike and the rear suspension did not work. It just sighed and did not spring back, Any ideas?

    Sounds like a problem with the rear shock- have you checked the pressure in the shock by using the pump that came with the bike? Depending on your weight it should have maybe 160-250 psi or so in it.
    If there’s little or no pressure in there you need to get it rebuilt. How old is the bike, under warranty?
