Any recommendations ? Posted 4 years ago MukeMember Langster ? Posted 4 years ago big_n_daftMember I think Langsters are out due to their low BB Dolan is a better bet Posted 4 years ago ThrustyjustMember Dolan Posted 4 years ago mrmoMember If you want a track bike and intend to use it on the track just get a Dolan. Posted 4 years ago Dales_riderMember Thanks, searching for Dolan now 🙂 Posted 4 years ago eskayMember I think the new Langsters are track compliant. Switching between road and track would be a pain in the butt though as you would have to remove the brake(s). This is from Manchester but is applicable to most indoor tracks, check to make sure that your bike complies: http://www2.nationalcyclingcentre.com/documents/Track%20bike%20specification.pdf If you get something like a Dolan Pre-Cursa then you won’t have a problem. Really good value for money. Posted 4 years ago iaincSubscriber I have a precursa and use it at glasgow velodrome. They are understandably very fastidious about contaminating the track, so outdoor use would require a deep clean before going on track Posted 4 years ago Viewing 8 posts - 1 through 8 (of 8 total) The topic ‘Track bike’ is closed to new replies.
