When pulling the handle up, which I assume sucks in air, its get very difficult, and so pumping becomes impossible.

I suspect its related to using it with tubeless – or just a coincidence that it started doing this just after setting up my CycloX and my MTB as tubeless.

I have dismantled it, found the rods and springs, cleaned it all as best I could. I didnt actually find much latex solution.

It was a great pump, and I’m sure its reparable as they do all sorts of rebuild kits etc, but dont want to buy some random rebuild kit without knowing iot will fix it.

I’m guessing that when the handle is pulled up, the vacuum generated causes the rods to move down against the spring, and so let air in. So, are the rods getting stuck maybe?

    Any ideas, suggestions, solutions etc?
