Just a quick bit of advice….

Will I notice an 8.5mm top tube length change? Considering a change of frame and the new one has slight difference.

I was riding with someone yesterday who had recently bought a ‘compact’ Cube frame..

The short top tube coupled with a steep head angle meant that his feet clipped the front wheel every time that he turned.. 😕

If the top tube is the only difference.. probably not.. at least not for long.. and you can fiddle with seat positon and stem length to dial it out..
but check the other angles too cos lots of small differences add up..

I highly doubt it – even a tiny difference in frame angles would negate (or, indeed double) the effect…
