It's a sunny warm day, I have a heavy cold – do I ride or not?

Sunny warm day? Where are you? Thought it was p***ing down throughout the uk.

If you don't feel like riding, then don't. If you do, then go ride. Just don't push yourself too hard.

The forecast is for a change in the weather coming in tomorrow. Even taking that into account I reckon if I was ill I would opt for not riding, you'll only make it worse in the long run.

Cheers doug, it's been a lovely week and have resisted riding. I was hoping someone would persuade me that it's a good idea to go out. The good thing about the weather turning nasty is that I'll be able to test out my new windproof/toasty gloves.

It's been an amazing week hasn't it, total summer! Maybe you should go out but take it easy? I'm having a day off today unfortunately.
