Posted 11 months agoI find that the best cure for nocturnal stiffness is discreet massage. You could ask your missus to lend a hand even.
Posted 11 months agoI’ve upped my activity levels recently – mainly gentle running / fast walking (lunch time at work). I’m feeling the cardio and weight loss benefits, but my legs (calves mainly) at night can be uncomfortable to the point that I wake up.
I guess I need to consider more stretching / massage / foam rollering. Any other ideas?
