used to clean my bolts twice a day, must make sure to pull the skin away, otherwise it will envelop the frame with enough time, so they told me
you should move plenty well again from my experience, if your frame works like mine did, you'll have less muscle wastage than if cast as you can carry more weight on it (all of it). my problems are from ripping the skin, the bone is good, any loss in my riding ability is in the head. initially I couldn't run around corners/turn – but now fine. not quite as flexible, but I am happy to scratch just my chin with my toes with that leg as the other will still reach my ears
