My ebb  bottom bracket seems completely trouble free despite the steel pinch bolts being under torqued- on this basis would titanium pinch bolts be ok ?

Titanium bolts notorious for galling / cold-welding – I would leave the steel ones well alone

My Ti stem bolts snapped. Leave well alone! I’m sure you can save 5g elsewhere.
