    I’ve got a chap on the phone now. Told him my computer is 15 years old. We’re just waiting for it to turn on which normally takes about 20 mins.

    What next?

    Tell him you’t cant find any of the things he asks you to look at, then after a bit tell him you’re running linux/work for the local constabulary IT fraud team?
