Bath Ales are indeed lovely. Barnsey is grand, but their Gem is truly superb. Oh and Bounders, their cider is also a tasty tipple. I’m looking forward to one with the weather we’ve got coming this weekend.

And they’re not even brewed in Bath. 😀

I had a couple of Palmers Dorset Gold last night ,which was a new one to me and very nice it was too

I was once part of a group that drank the bar dry of Bath Ales Gem one time….. On expenses! Hell yeah. 🙂

Seriously, I think this is the best brewery I have come across in ages, Yorkshire has a stack of craft breweries but frankly, this blows them out of the water

Recently hauled up in Heathrow T5 waiting for a flight I was drinking their black IPA Riptide – sublime

Now, on holiday in N Wales and I am sampling the best bottle conditioned ales I have ever come across

Barnsey (or Barnstormer as it was known) is really nice out of the bottle, but there’s something I don’t like about it on draught. only had it once in a pub so maybe it was the pub, but was quite disappointed as I expect draught to be better than bottled.
