Try hitting 32mph for 1 min next time you ride a road bike.Posted 11 years agoI know American Football isn’t that popular in England, but for those who don’t know Maurice Jones Drew was considered too short to be a decent player(only 5’7″ -the same height as me!) . He is now one of the best running backs in the league – proving you don’t have to be big to have a shed load of power if you hit the gym enough:
