For anyone who has frequent migraine: I was advised by a neurologist last weekend to drink 2 to 3 L of water every day. Started doing it on Monday and my head’s been clearer as the week goes on. I get them occasionally – stress related for me – and can usually manage them with Migraleve pink if I’m awake when they start. If I wake up with one already started then I’m done for the day.
