    So I ride Saturdays and Sundays and that’s it. I ride on average 700/800m elevation and 12-18 miles.
    I’ve not trained at all for this “BIG ENDURO”
    Last year I was cramping after stage 1 and I have no idea why.
    Any last minute tips?
    Pasta everyday this week?
    4 litres of water the night before?

    Take your own beer…apparently the queues are horrendous.

    Theres no rush to get to each stage so dont rush and push the bike if you have to. Steady away and enjoy it.
