Some of these are starting to depress me.

I feel settled where I am, but I’m not even the slightest bit tied to location work-wise (globally really).
But I’ve got friends where I live and am on the edge of the peak district, close to wales, etc.

But here it’s £200,000 for 3 beds with garden but no garage. (and no halls/landing/utitily/seperate kitchen/etc either)!
