Why not just piss off into the non way-marked wilderness with your Ray Mears Action Luchbox and compass and bitch about how kids these days can’t read a map, wear too much armour and enjoy MTBing too much…
There are f-wits everywhere. Being angry at all of them is a sure way to be grumpy..Posted 6 years agoMilkieMember
Next time I’ll make sure I stop and place my bike in the middle of the trail, as it seems to be ok to do that, by some peoples views here.
That’s the first time I have ever come across a bunch of mtb’ers that didn’t say hi back and were taking up the the trail. Generally happy smiles all round, until I crash. 😉
Ashton Court next weekend, don’t worry I’ll come and moan here, so people can moan about people moaning on this forum. 😆Posted 6 years agobelugabobMember
It’s not just trail centres.
Supermarkets, airports, train stations, shopping malls – these all seem to be full of people whose sole purpose in life seems the be ‘find the most inappropriate place to stand, and then completely fail to notice how much inconvenience it causes’
People are like that and there’s not much (legal) that you can do about it.Posted 6 years agocookeaaSubscriber
Your Right, the world is full of minor inconveniences which collectively could drive a thin skinned, prissy IT manager to distraction, or you could politely ask people to move, accept the slight delay/minor alteration in course and then get on with your life…
In other news there are still Toddlers Dying in Somalia, Yet more war Atrocities in Libya coming to light and the Tories want to give their Rich mates a Tax break… Still these minor issues will have to wait as there are some maladjusted, neurotic, huffy little girls unable to navigate the modern world without becoming little balls of pent up rage… 😥Posted 6 years agoGSuperstarMember
“woop and yay as they are going along because they are so rad”
“We asked them politely to move to which they appeared a little cheesed off.”
“Later on in the trail they again decided to stop, this time along a nice fast singletrack section, again I assume to talk about how fooking brilliant they all were. This time we were not polite and pushed passed them, which again appeared to pee them off a little”
Is you’re anger more from the fact that you’re possinly less ‘rad’?
After all, you had to pass them, then had to pass them again, so they’re obviously dong something right and ‘rad’ 🙂
I think your comment would’ve been quite at home in this thread, if you didnt feel the need to point out what they were wearing had any influence on just bad manners.
Oh what a cynical life you must lead 🙂Posted 6 years agoaracerSubscriber

I’ve e-mailed Mark to tell him to shut down the forum. Clearly we’re completely wasting our time with all the stuff we discuss on here.Posted 6 years ago
