Maybe just don’t call her when you say you will! Or nicer just say to her I don’t think it’s working out for us. You’re never going to know if you will upset her or not, you never know she may be feeling exactly the same way as you!!! But hey better to say “no” now as it won’t take much for her to “get over it” and move on!!!

let her know how you would want to be told if the situation was reversed that is nicely and with sensitivity etc. If she really digs you then there is no real way of doing this without upsetting her. Rejection is never nice but you can handle it better than most of the suggestions above .. i dont think I needed to say that last bit did I?
