From the times and speeds I’d guess about 16km.

Just over 3 hours to go and Team JMC has 3 riders in the top 10. Jase has battled his way up to 2nd and has around 15 mins on 3rd. Nails.

I’m just getting ready for a quick pootle round the woods. Feel a bit pathetic really, in comparison.

On the last lap now, Jase still out in 2nd, Dave is chasing Phil down!

knackered. very sore. 4 crashes on that course leaves a few marks.
phone not working over here and the PC in the hotel doesnt work too well but I will catch up with stuff when I get back on Thurs.
