I was seriously impressed by the way that the hoogerland reacted to being knocked off. He was very calm about it saying that there was no blame to be put on anyone as they wouldnt have done it on purpose and that accidents happen. I’m not sure I’d be able to take that view.

It’s carnage over there, too many vehicles on the road with the riders. I hope to god it doesn’t happen but some poor rider’s going to get killed at this rate.

Fingers crossed we have seen the worst of the crashes.
