    Need some new pads for the winter steel and was looking at the swissstop greens. Are they worth the money or are there any cheaper alternatives.?

    Yeh, think koolstop salmons are pretty good aswell.

    Also, checkout BBB techstop (I think that’s whet theyre called), im sure they’re less abrasive on rims than the swissstops

    The new(ish) Swissstop BXP (blue) are meant to be an improvement over the GXPII(green) but not had a chance to try them yet.

    Swisstop are in my opinion too dear for the winter grind, find the BBB blue pads work very nicely, and can be had from £7 for a full bike set, work well in the dry or wet.
