As someone who’s rented since I moved out I’ve not had much use for builders, anyone on here a builder or know any builders Billingshurst way who could be free for half an hour Thursday afternoon?

Just to have a look over the flat I’m buying but we will be getting some quotes for bathroom/kitchen/flooring and a few other bits once we get in!  Will pay for time/opinion, rate negotiable.
