Shockwiz keeps telling me to reduce compression damping on cane creek db air, so I have done so until there is no adjustment left and its still saying less damping! Is it ****?

Which of the 4 riding styles have you got it set to? What bike? High or low speed?

How does the bike feel in the recommended (ish) settings?

Its an On-one Codeine 29er, riding setting neutral/poppy. Shockwiz says wind off both high and low speed and the bike feels harsh.

Something doesn’t sound right then, what sag are you running, and when was the shock last serviced? Have you tried the SW on your fork/another shock and were you happy with the result?
