    It’s a joke.

    It’s a play on whether the woman was feeding a baby or was choosing to feed from another womans breast (instead of a gel, see?)

    Breastfeeding would be a lot bigger achievement than running 106 miles for me.

    Should it be noteworthy though?

    Plenty of women around the world work very long hours in the fields with a little one strapped to their back for an occasional feed.
