I can’t work out how to even get the freehub off, let alone take the axle out and get to the bearings.
I’ve taken out the rubber seals and picked out the spring clip thing. That’s as far as I’ve got. I’m not sure if I’m being thick, missing something obvious or it’s just seized up.

    Still no joy.
Considering the bearings are shagged anyway should I spray a load of wd40 or plus gas in to try and free it all up.

Sounds like you pull an axle end off (end cap) then just pull the cassette body off. If you’ve done the axle end but you can’t get the freehub off pop the cassette back on loosely and then tab against the back of the cassette with something and that might free it. That’s what I had to do with a Pro4 recently as I couldn’t pop the sealing ring out by hand.

Just pulls apart, no special gubbins required

It must be shagged then. When new I’m sure the freehub popped off by hand.
I’ve put it in the vice and pulled but no joy.

    Update
Ended up doing th Joebristol method, but really really smacking it.
Everything was difficult to pull apart, and put together again, when I say pull, I had to hammer everything.
Does this mean it’s had it?
